Description
The McDermott Center Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Core at UT Southwestern is a state-of-the-art sequencing facility that performs NGS coupled to bioinformatic analysis. We offer services extending from library construction to sequence analysis. The facility has 2 Illumina HiSeq 2500 sequencers and a NextSeq 500 Illumina instrument.
