Abstract
The hylid Centrolenella ametarsia n.sp. is described. The family Centrolenidae is most diverse at higher elevations (> 2/3 of the species have montane distributions), and an unusually high proportion of lowland endemics (50%) are among the smallest centrolenid species known (adult SVL <20 mm). -from Author
