Abstract

A rapid and sensitive technique for the production of macrophage EA rosettes employing centrifugal sedimentation of opsonized erythrocytes is described. Using this method, a sensitive rosette formation-inhibition assay for the determination of anti-macrophage antibody titers has been developed.
