Abstract
The aging brow imparts an aspect of fatigue or even anger in many individuals, and may distract from the inherent attractiveness of the eyes. The browlift is intended to restore aesthetic balance and harmony to the face. Successful browlift surgery rests on a firm understanding of male and female brow aesthetics and the anatomy of the upper third of the face. This article discusses the multiple options available to the surgeon in terms of upper face lifting and the indications for each. The technique of endoscopic browlift is presented in some detail.
