N2 - Cardiac papillary fibroelastomas (CPF) are benign endocardial papillomas commonly formed from valve endothelium. The majority of tumors are found on the left side of the heart, with only a few case reports of pulmonary valve fibroelastomas. We report here a case of pulmonary valve papillary fibroelastoma that was successfully managed with simple excision of the mass.
