Abstract
DURECT Corp is developing Chronogesic, a subcutaneous implant (DUROS) formulation of the synthetic opioid analgesic sufentanil, for the potential treatment of chronic pain resulting from a variety of causes, including head and neck, lower back, arthritis and cancer pain.
