Abstract

Combined modality therapy with total-body electron-beam irradiation and systemic chemotherapy is an approach which theoretically can eliminate the causes of failure of therapy. At the National Cancer Institute, 39 patients with CTCL were treated with the combined modality approach and the preliminary results are presented.
