Abstract

Congenital spinal malformations discussed include myelomeningocele, tethered cord, diastematomyelia, diplomyelia, neuroenteric cysts, anterior meningocele, and Chiari malformations. The authors discuss the clinical presentation, radiologic evaluation, and treatment of these congenital anomalies.
