Abstract

1. In the article by Burns et al.,1 Olga K. Weinberg was erroneously excluded from the author list. The correct list is published above, and the online article has been updated to reflect this change: 2. The first clinical trial number in the following sentence is incorrect. “DFCI Protocols 05-001 and 11-001 are registered at www.clinicaltrials.gov as NCT00165087 and NCT01574274, respectively.” It should be corrected to “DFCI Protocols 05-001 and 11-001 are registered at www.clinicaltrials.gov as NCT00400946 and NCT01574274, respectively.”.
