Abstract

Milder stimulation protocols for in vitro fertilization (IVF) are slowly becoming a protocol of choice for women with diminished ovarian reserve and/or advanced reproductive age. The relevant studies are reviewed in this section including the recent practice committee opinion of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
