Abstract

In the article cited above, there were some differences in means and proportions of a few variables between the published data and final baseline data of the D2d study in Tables 1, 2, and 3. The variable “cardiovascular disease” was also redefined to exclude cases of hypertension, which is shown as a separate variable. Tables 1, 2, and 3 have been updated, and the online version of the article (https://doi.org/10.2337/ dc18-0240) has been corrected to reflect these changes.
