The paper contains an incorrect funding statement within the Acknowledgements section. The statement currently reads: Sponsorship for this study was funded by Gilead. No funding or sponsorship was received for publication of this article. The statement should read: Sponsorship for this study and article processing charges for the manuscript were funded by Gilead.
