Over 160 registrants heard a varied group of interesting speakers present the latest information on the major topic areas within this exciting and growing field. The programme provided an interesting mix of basic and clinical science, as did the participants, promoting much beneficial interchange. The sessions included Hematopoietic Cells in Reproductive Tissues, Growth FactorsKytokines in the Female Reproductive Tract and Placenta, Growth Factor Networks in Pregnancy Loss and Cancer, Placental Expression of Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) and Associated Genes, Experimental Models of MHC Gene Expression, and Immunological Aspects of Human Infertility.",
