Abstract

Highly ordered, hydrothermally stable, caged cubic mesoporous silica structures (Im3̄m) with unusually large pore size (120 Å) have been synthesized by using hydrophobic poly(butylene oxide) containing triblock PEO-PBO-PEO copolymer as a structure-directing agent.
