Abstract

2-alternative visual choice RTs were obtained from each of 4 trained Ss. RTs were obtained to the choice event alone (RTv) or to the choice event followed by a 10-msec 1-kHz sinusoidal tone burst (RTva), which could occur at any of 20 interstimulus intervals (ISIs) separating V and A, 0-190 msec. in 10-msec steps. RTva was a monotonically increasing function of ISI, with RTva < RTv at short ISIs. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2006 APA, all rights reserved).
