Magnetization vector directions in a steel cube

Abstract

Tensor magnetic hysteresis loop measurements were made to calculate the amplitude and direction of total magnetization of a steel cube. It was found that, as the applied field increases, the total magnetization remains in the same direction over a large magnetization range and it approaches the direction of the applied magnetic field when the field is high.
