Pediatric sialoliths are rare, and the sublingual gland is the most commonly affected. • Patients complain of pain and swelling around the gland, typically worse with eating. • Sialoliths may be diagnosed clinically, but imaging, typically ultrasonography, may be necessary for confirmation. • The initial treatment is conservative and consists of sialogogues and massage, but more invasive treatments, such as sialendoscopy, may be necessary.
