Abstract

Medicolegal issues include medical malpractice litigation, licensing agency and hospital credentialing actions. Pain management is a focus of attention for both interventional procedures and opioid prescribing. Multiple strategies exist to reduce risk for procedural techniques and opioid prescribing.
