Abstract

Fibreoptic bronchoscopy with bronchial washing and transbronchial biopsy was performed in 8 patients with miliary tuberculosis and helped establish the diagnosis in 6(75%). This procedure may provide a valuable adjunct to the diagnosis of miliary tuberculosis.
