Necrotizing fasciitis and myositis: A case report

Necrotizing fascitis is a relatively rare, potentially life-threatening infection involving the subcutaneous tissues. We report a case of group A streptococcal necrotizing fascitis/myositis in which CT played an important role in differential diagnosis.
