Nonlinear optical fiber endomicroscopy towards clinical applications

Abstract

We present recent advances on scanning endomicroscopy technologies which can perform nonlinear optical imaging with an ultracompact fiber-optic platform of a 2mm diameter. Two-photon fluorescence and SHG imaging of unstained biological tissues will be reported.
