Abstract

One case was reported in a 52-year-old alcoholic man with a chronic pancreatitis. Subcutaneous nodules appeared on the lower legs. Ankles became swelling; walking was impossible. Fever was high with hyperleucocytosis and inflammatory reaction. Serum amylose and lipose were increased. Histopathology from a nodule disclosed necrosis of fat lobules.
