Abstract
Pulmonary manifestations of Sjögren syndrome are common and have been widely described in the literature. The association of primarily emphysematous changes in lungs associated with Sjögren syndrome is unusual and has not been well characterized. The authors describe this uncommon association and present clinical, physiological, and radiologic correlation.
