Abstract
Specific antibody to a leukemic target cell has been shown to induce a cytotoxic potential in normal mouse spleen cells. The antibody which induces cytotoxicity in normal spleen cells appears very early alter in vivo immunization, does not decline over a period of 26 days, and its synthesis is completely thymus cell-dependent.
