Abstract
Probably more common than all other forms of primary hormone resistance combined, androgen resistance is now known to cause many disorders. Their phenotypic spectrum ranges from complete testicular feminization in genotypic males to infertility in men who are otherwise normal. These syndromes have helped elucidate mechanisms of sexual development.
