Thoracic splenosis: MR demonstration

Abstract

A previously diagnosed case of thoracic splenosis is presented along with recently acquired magnetic resonance (MR) images. The salient features of this interesting acquired condition are reviewed along with discussion of the MR findings and diagnostic implications of this rare complication of trauma.
