Abstract

The erythro and threo 13,14-epoxides of 15(S)-HETE were transformed to 14,15-dihydroxyeicostrienoic acid (14,15-DHET) by regiospecific reduction and to a mixture of 11,14,15- and 13,14,15-trihydroxyeicosatrienoic acids (THET) by hydrolysis.
