Transitional current on voltage clamping of a membrane with an ion carrier theory

Abstract

The authors calculate the electric current passing through a membrane with ion carriers on rapid voltage clamping. In this case a relaxation current appears gradually emerging to the steady level. The amplitude of the relaxation current and the time of its alternation have been found.
