Abstract

To the Editor: The article by Weinberg and Bell in the October 19, 1978, issue of the Journal touches on many interesting issues, but the analysis of data that they present in certain areas may not be as valid as it appears. It is my concern that the findings presented should be looked at in full perspective before being made the basis of policy decisions. Specifically, the following points would benefit from further clarification and discussion.
