Abstract

Overview of Pediatric Rheumatology: Part Two highlights systemic lupus erythematosus in childhood, including epidemiology, clinical features, measures of disease activity, damage, and quality as well as approaches to medical management. In addition, a review of juvenile dermatomyositis includes epidemiology, diagnostic criteria, clinical manifestations and assessments, prognostic indicators, and medical management as well as disease course and outcomes. Brief reviews of vasculitidies and autoinflammatory syndromes in childhood are also included.
